the photo gallery has been updated with pics from 2009 so be sure to check it out. Lots of fun on and off the water with the club so far this season. Even though the weather has been below seasonal and the water still a bit cool, it hasn’t dampened our energy for getting out on the water!
Saturday August 15, the club will be travelling to Agimac Beach in Ignace, Ontario to give lessons from 11-4. If you’re interested in a bit of a road trip, email me to check for seat availability.

Great start to the season!

Well lots has happened since our early registration night! The club are now owners of a 7′x14′ enclosed trailer to keep our gear stored safe & secure from the elements. This trailer purchase was made possible with a Local Inititives Fund Grant from Patricia Community Endevours (PACE) and generous sponsors to our club like Dryden Municipal Telephone (DMTS), Link Signs, Evergreen Memories and the volounteer hours from our club members. A huge thank-you to all who made this possible for our growing windsurfing club!!
Speaking of which, our club activities this summer at our Sunday at Sandy Beach program has been a hit so far! We’ve had quite a few people waiting at the beach to get out on the water to give windsurfing a try. Nice to see 20 sails out at times. Lets us know in a small way that we are spreading the good vibe windsurfing has to offer. Anyone from 7 years to 70 years old can do it!

Aloha everybody!
My apologies for such short notice, but spring registration night is being held at Dryden Regional Cultural and Training Center (The Center) Thursday, March 25 from 5pm - 8:30pm. We will have a registration booth set up so come and sign yourself up for the 2009 season, or stop by and chat it up a bit. It’s all good. Tell a friend about the club, or bring a friend down to registration night with you. The club is growing every year and we are even more stoked for the season ahead!
We débuted the club’s new 21′ long tandem board last season and it was a huge hit! You can put two, three or four people at the same time! Crazy fun!! Also, be sure to check out the website photo gallery and maybe you’ll see yourself in a pic or two from last season.
We look forward to see you on registration night!
